Know what you're ordering
Colour sits below raised metal lines, so you feel ridges. Bright and affordable.
Best for conferences, staff, events, big quantities.
Colour is filled level with the metal and polished smooth. Feels like jewellery.
Best for long service, executives, awards, retail.
Metal only, no colour. Raised and recessed areas, often in an antique finish.
Best for understated long-service and heritage pins.
A flat printed image under a clear dome. Handles gradients and photos.
Best for detailed logos that metal lines can't hold.
Who orders pins
5, 10 and 20-year pins your people actually wear. Hard enamel or die-struck.
A pin in every delegate kit, in your event colours, ready for day one.
Graduate pins and alumni gifts for universities and colleges.
Limited-run pins for a product launch, a cause or a brand moment.
Member, designation and office-bearer pins that show who belongs.
Finisher and award medals with printed ribbons. See medals below.
Medals
Die-cast medals in your own shape, with 3D detail, enamel colour and a full-colour printed ribbon. Medals are heavy, so we plan them early and ship them by sea or as air cargo. That keeps the price fair at volume.

Guide prices excluding VAT. Your fixed quote follows the mockup and is valid for 7 days. Hard enamel adds about 22%.
Included in every price
Reorders cost less: the factory keeps your mould for two years, so the next run skips that step.
If it doesn't match the proof you signed, we fix it at our cost.
Every colour gets a Pantone code and every word is checked. Production starts only after your written approval.
From deposit to delivery, you'll hear from us weekly with a photo of where your order is. You'll never have to chase us.
You deal with us in Johannesburg, on WhatsApp, not with a factory sales desk in another time zone.
Need it next week? China can't do that, and we'll say so and point you to a local option.
Questions
250 pins. Factories can make fewer, but below about 250 the setup costs make each pin expensive. For medals, the minimum is 500.
About eight weeks from your brief to delivery for pins: a few days for the mockup, a week or two for the proof and sample, three to four weeks of production, then about a week to fly in and clear customs. Medals take longer because they travel as cargo.
No. The mockup is free. You pay a 50% deposit only after you approve the design and the quote, and the balance on delivery.
Yes. We share a photo of the first physical pin before full production starts, and we can meet in Johannesburg to show you sample pins and finishes in hand.
Yes. The quote is the landed price in rand: production, freight, customs duty, clearing and delivery. VAT is added on our invoice.
Custom pins are made in moulds, and the specialist factories that do it well at scale are in China. Local suppliers often import them too. Ordering ahead lets us give you factory quality at a better price, with our checks in between.
Yes, and it costs less. The factory keeps your mould for two years, so a reorder skips the setup and goes straight to production.
